Leverage
Watson-ST-1 is our patented manhole cover leverage lifting tool designed to enhance safety and efficiency. It utilizes leverage to minimize the physical effort required to lift heavy manhole covers.
One of the most significant advantages of the Watson-ST-1 is its ability to reduce soft tissue injuries, such as back strains, when lifting heavy manhole covers. Flashlight
Our flashlight brings light to the darkest hole with a 10,000 BTU rechargeable battery lasting up to 10 hours. The flaslight mounts directly to the Watson-ST-1 but is fully removable. The flashlight has an adjustable beam, allowing you a wide or narrow view with a twist of the flashlight head.
The inclusion of a built in flashlight is another important feature that improves both safety and convenience. It ensures adequate illumination, particularly in low-light or dark conditions often encountered when looking inside manholes. This feature helps technicians to work more efficiently and safely by preventing them from having to place their bodies directly over an open hole to shine a handheld flashlight into the manhole.
Swivel
The swivel is primarily designed to unseat the manhole cover that sits on top of the manhole frame to lift the manhole cover is the first movement using our leverage tool to unseat the manhole cover is the Second movement using our Swivel base.
Our tool does both simultaneously particularly when combined with the lifting devise allows for the necessary leverage to break the seal to lift and unseat the cover, making the lifting process the Safest lift for the worker.
